How to price a job

I plan to start window cleaning in the new year, have 2 definite customers. 

My question is how to price for a job. 

My house is a semi detached 3 large windows at the front glassed front door conservatory 2 large window and a medium kitch window 

How much would you charge, be wfp 

As much as possible lol

seriously I get basically what you are asking a couple of times a week reques5 of potential clients, no one can answer that question as there is too many variable.

Access, size of windows, window shape, awkwardness off windows, size of conservatory, is it next door to a existing customer or are you driving ten minutes of of the way. 

Charge by the time it takes.

Work out what you aim to earn hourly, then how long you think the job will take ?

This! Only thing is with you being a newbie you might not have the best idea how long things will take. Also depends what part of the country your in. It shouldn't, but it does.
