Fixing in hose reel

So my make shift thing to hold the hose reel in place has eroded away, is there something that I can buy that is ideal for holding it in place? Thanks

I should add that I take the hose reel in and out, it isn't in a fixed position

We use plastic trays from a garden centre the pure freedom and Gardinier hose reels fit perfectly in them
