@Diwrnach that is one definition there are many other ways to define terrorism basic definition is a person or organisation who causes fear through threats or acts of violence but usually politically motivated. Yes I believe the people listed are definitely terrorists and also the Norwegian terrorist suggested meets your criteria perfectly. Poor island residents will have to keep warm and keep an eye on there bills.

They are livid.
