Trying a few more things this morning so please bare with. I know its frustrating. If it's driving me nuts it must be driving everyone else bloody crazy.

Going to run the site on the plain default style for a while see if we can figure out all these errors. Sorry everyone i will get to the bottom of this.

 
Ok so what i have had to do temporarily, is turn off all our custom additions, turn off our theme and set the default unedited theme to try and sus this out. Can anyone please confirm that the issues still persist or have gone after a cache clear of course.

 
Working on it. We have now narrowed it down to a server specific issue that is messing with error handling and more technical anti dos stuff making the site send error reports but the server does not recognise the error as there isn't really one plus it seems to be affecting ios only meaning it might be some browser agent issue being triggered as well. All technical stuff but anyway we're closer than we were in knowing what this is. So really hoping to find the specific issue very soon. Has taken a lot of debugging from my end, forum software devs end and now the server host is looking into this specific issue. For the time being i am having to leave the site on the default theme with everything turned off until they run through their debug process to hunt out the issue. Again thank you everyone for your hanging in there although if you all could post i am sure you would be cursing! I have never sworn so much as i have in the last week!!!

Today everything seems ok I can actually get on the forum and the layout seems to have changed?

I'm happy now as it looks like I've been ignoring people but just haven't been able to access pms etc

 
Boom! I think we might just have this fixed!!! Fingers crossed. o_O.

Will be doing a few more tests to make sure then will start turning things back on and get our theme back in place.

 
Right calling all users that had the issues with posting, logging in, alert icon going to main page, security errors, missing logo and missing avatars.

Can you all please do a final cache clear and have a browse around make a post or two and let me know if it is fixed on your end now. I want to try and confirm with you all that it is fixed before i start enabling stuff again.

 


Note that the app won't work just yet these will be turned on again when we can confirm all is working as should in the ios browsers or any other.

Unless your on the app? In that case they are not turned on yet. Will turn them on when I can confirm everything is working on the browser first.
