*first post alert*

As a newbie it's been great lurking reading all this stuff. One thing I've struggled with is trying to figure out what is the best type of kit to get for starting out...i.e ladders / pressure washer/gutter vac/pure system etc etc... i can see everyone has an opinion and no two peoples' work is the same hence the many differing views....

So thought it would be great if the forum had a set of member polls showing results in a simple 'bar' graphs - for who has what kit, for each major category - then who rates their kit 1-10 based on (would they buy it again / recommend it/ performance/etc).

Could be easy to sort (for a techie ) a quick list of kit categories and for each, the main players then post the template and everyone 'votes' for their kit and then rates 'em - hey presto windies own 'hitch hikers guide style' "answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything.

Would give newbies like me, who don't know their applicators from their swan necks a good starter for ten as to what kit is popular and what kit is preferred and importantly what kit NOT to buy plus no doubt help you pros to 'see' what everyone else is using.

One for the admins ?

Hope this helps drive the forum forward.

yeh think its a good idea NoName..me i cheapncheerful and so just chose the cheapest kit...maybe not always the best idea but like you say until you try it you dont know so yes some sort of chart to show what people use may help a lot...
