Any difference between these 2 poles?

If you can get the brush on the glass and use that to take the weight height etc isn't a problem it is awkward angles using your arms to hold the weight that causes issues

I would rather do 50 foot straight up with the weight on the glass than lean over large roofs from the side at 1st floor height

The lighter and more rigid the pole the better on those jobs

 
I bought an SLX 25 a year ago and haven't looked back - it's light enough to use for everyday use and also has the ability to reach 3rd story when required which isn't often in my case.

I am so glad I spent out extra for an SLX.

I would say it's the perfect all rounder but I guess it depends on the individual and the work you are doing. 

 
Yes. I bought the slx 25 yesterday and used it today. Thanks for the heads up guys. It's fantastic! Light as a feather and rigid when extended! Well pleased!

Got a univalve with it also. Very clever little gadget.
