Good job RC. I wouldn't be suprised if no one owes you money if you tell them upfront that you charge interest. Have you ever had to enforce it?

only once. the customer was stupid about it tho!

cleaned there house, they phoned 3 weeks later to complain about it, and said they didnt want it anymore, so i was fair and said sorry, and told them that i'll take 50% off the bill to keep them happy. they was happy about that, month later still no payment for £6. so posted a reminder, 3 weeks later no payment, posted final notice, 2 weeks later no payment, posted new invoice for £11 with the late payment fee on it, 3 days later they paid it!

just dont understand some people really!
