G backpack dead

Any advice please, blue & yellow backpack dead, no power & no lights, changed fuse and battery has good charge, checked all internal wires which look fine, what the first port of call on locating the problem, I’ve used SH in it regularly & rinsed it out after every use? Thanks

open it up and bridge the rocker switch wires, if it starts then your big red button is buggered

Ok.. I’ve bridged the wires but the switch appears to work without doing that, so… when I switch on with flow control it works, but when I increase the flow rate the fuse blows, would I be right in thinking the flow controller is at fault?

Yeah sounds like it, for the price you pay for the postage, id just change what you can as parts are cheap from gardiner ?
