to be fair I know its a hassle. I would ring wcw,they should pick the pole up with a courier at there own cost.its sounds 2 me they have given you an inferior pole.there not cheap.how much did you pay?if you push the issue & tell them you've been messed about,ask 4 the newer version of this pole.go 4 it youll get it this week.

Yes, thats the first Hybrid. I took fotos before it went back. I,ve had the apologies, couple of spare clamps. Fed up of it all to be honest. Just thought that after making a mistake, they would have delivered a pole in pristine condition, but no.

Its not in bad condition or anything, its just with whats gone on I felt a bit palmed off if you know what I mean :sad:
