Hose Reel Problem

This my first week wfp and i really enjoyed it but what realy got me mad was i had my hose connected to my reel i would walk it out around the house turn it on nothing went to have a look and the hose had come off or if this did not happen hose was all kinked i have a purefreedom hose reel with swivel what i doing wrong please ?

6mm is def the way ,but i think he wos on a bute the hose from pump to real

get a right angle brass hozelock connector, they turn with the reel.

get a beater hose lock fromBQ the orage ones ,and get washer hose ther 2m one and cut end of and put hose lock on ,tiy wire to side of hose real to stop it sping

i will try one of them right ngle connector and daley have you got a picture to show me what you mean
