I went back to work the day after having the ligaments in my hand sewn back together and plate in my thumb and working with a cast

All good now mate took a day off then went back to work managed to squeeze a load of blood out felt much better after

You're not wrong there. You often find that excessive blood build up causes pain and discomfort. I had to lance a finger nail last week to drain it
