I've brought the Big Boy Starter kit a week ago and I've now used it on several jobs. It includes the Unger HiFlo Aluminium Master Pole and DI filter as well as the backpack which I've bright a small trolley for.
So the issue I have is - how do you prevent the water droplets from leaving a nasty finish on the glass?
First thing I did once I got it was to practice on my own home and the finish wasn't great. And so far I've had one complaint from a customer about the droplets marking her glass up and I had to re-do it traditional style. I emailed the company that supplied it for advice and they said you need to run the jets over the glass once you've finished scrubbing it with the brush. Is this right?
By the way Im not new to window cleaning - Im a traditionalist and I've brought this system as a back up which allows me to take on more work and take on jobs that previously I'd have to have declined.
