Best way to remove cement splatter

Just wanted to know what's the best way to remove cement splatter off windows please? Thanks ? ??

There are several chemicals that you can spray on leave for a few muinits and it just rinses off then a light go over with a scraper using it in one direction , for the life of me I cannot remember what it’s called try google

?? No probs cheers for that I just want to know what's best and safe to use on glass/upvc.
