Remove water stains?

Best way to remove these stains? Customer has sent this pic and says there’s several around the property. Almost looks like damp staining?

I would just brush on some mixed up hypo with a paint brush and see how it turns out. That's what I do for my customers, usually at corners and around pipes that stick out of render.

As Scottish said I would try a hypo mix spray or brush on leave 2 muinits light rub with the pole rinse and see what it looks like .
