I cleaned a house this morning and rang the bell for my money. The woman was emulsioning the hall and had a big paint lid paint side up on the floor. Me ringing the bell sent her two dogs off and they were leaping and jumping all over the shop while the woman with paint brush in one hand and my money in the other was oblivious to the dogs walking in the paint on the lid .
