I would prefer not to give my exact location away as there are others on here quite close by that any information I share could give them a competitive advantage. /emoticons/biggrin.png

Yep that too is one of my many traits @daveyboy1 after all it's an open forum for anyone to see.

I suppose it's different for your line of work

Anyone can try to take my custys as they would have a job taking them off me (well most as 99% of mine are with me for the quality not the price)

If someone nicks a 20 quid job off me it's less of a blow than a few hundred for an exterior clean

Nice area, your miles from me that's for sure.

And yes your a secretive bugger smurf!

@daveyboy1 what is that on the end of your Harris as it looks better then wahat I got & how did you fit it on.
It is an unger adjustable crank from wintecs for 9quid i think it was

It is too loose to fit straight in but my optiloc pole is now 6 inches shorter as that fits tight with a little electrical tape to stop it rattling

The crank fits perfect in that as that is what it is designed for

And unger cone on the end of that

Then i just put a drilled the rivets out of the harris pole tip and 2 holes in the piece of optiloc pole to bolt it on

I thought i ordered the zinc one as is stronger but this one is good enough

Google "wagga harris pole" and find the vid called " window cleaning tips- how to fit an angle adapter" and you can see how wagga does it by using a piece of plastic overflow pipe over the end of the crank to fill the gap

For some reason my phone isn't letting me post the link

Harris pole is 5 metre so i can do above conservatory from the floor with the angle as it is eaaily adjustable

Hailstones all day over here so had to postone my first job.. on the plus side made a diy pole from a 12 quid woodies fibreglass telescopic pole and picked up a 30euro monthly and 2 15 monthly houses on an hour long leaflet drop run.. must have felt sorry for me out dropping in the ******* rain..

Any of you guys know of any other irish windys on here?
