Mmmmm, still unsure why this univalve thingy will work with normal yellow Gardiners hose but aqua dapters wont. The reason why I'm interested is because aqua dapter hose is sh.t. IMO

Sorry it's late, not sure if I'm reading your post correctly but I've been using an aquadapter with the Gardiner yellow hose in my SLX-25 for a year and I have had no problems at all. Looking forward to the univalve though as the aquadapter is always getting caught up in bushes etc..
