Quoted a woman to clean her fascias once the scaffolding came down after her roof was done by the council
Looked just like green mould patches
@Adams0211 agreed as he came round to see me while i was there today
Anyway the patches turned out to be some sort of glue or similar covered in dirt and muck from the roofers
After a good scrub and a few choice words to myself (or maybe out loud as i do tend to talk to myself) i decided to get the ladders off and scourer or magic sponge wouldn't touch it
I showed the customer and she said just do the best you can
I wasn't happy charging her for the job as it looked exactly the same as when i turned up to do the job
Took the tenner for doing her windows and then realised that the front one i did above the shared archway to the back was actually her neighbours window
Hour and a quarter for a tenner
Not a happy bunny and having a nice beer now to get over it
Anyone else got any disaster stories??
