i have a 12V 115 ah Leisure Battery hooked up to shurflo pump and spring digital flo meter can someone tell me at what voltage i should be recharging it please curantly shows 12.5 on flo control

To preserve the life of your battery, charge it as frequently as possible. If it's doing little work (12.5v) then maybe think about trickle charging via a solar panel.

I have an electric van so I just plug the van and the battery in to charge every evening when I get home. I have an extension lead coiled up in the van by the door so just run it to the outside plug socket.

The correct time to take a voltage reading across the battery to determine its charge state after 4 hours of rest.

If your battery is reading 12.5v after this time then the battery is about 75% charged. As @Solarpanelcleanington says, you need to keep it charged up fully as often as possible for longevity.

12.7v or above = fully charged

12.5v = 75% charged

12.4v = 50% charged

12.2v = 25% charged

12.0v or under = discharged
