Hobbies what do we do on a day off

Looks good from what I could see, as I don't use Instagram.

You seem like a mate of mine who is a builder and a workaholic, he has paid for it with his health over the years and he is 53 years old now and has sacrificed more than he should have.
Also 53. Love what I do. It’s like being paid for a hobby but each to their own.

Hobbies?

Gym(mainly weight training)πŸ’ͺ I like to see how long I can keep building my body at 53...

Playing drums. Soon I'll have my own dedicated drum/music room with both acoustic and electronic kits set up side by side for hours and hours of fun!😁

The rest of my time is taken up with household chores, dog walking,DIY jobs around the house and gardening.

I cook. I mean I do that everyday, most of us do, but I focus on baking.

This is chicken fried rice (I had rice and veg left over from a few days ago) with store bought pot stickers and Pot de Creme for dessert. The Pot de Creme was fun to make.

Weird, that's exactly what I'm cooking tonight apart from the desert. Those dumpling things are lovey, particularly with curry sauce.

What currry sauce are you using?

I went a little nuts with this. Churro waffles with homemade strawberry syrup and churro whipped cream.

I also airfried some sweet potatoes (Healthy!) and those are fajita seasoned pork chops.

I should just start a food thread.

That looks nice, especially those waffles. The curry sauce I use is the chinese curry sauce concentrate, comes in the orange tub available in Tesco and Sainsburys. You can also get a madras one or super hot one but they're a bit much for the Mrs so I stick with the original.
