Very true. Often see people selling Nike trainers on FB, you can tell by the price that they're fakes. Can't imagine it's worth selling an expensive membrane at a loss as the only viable reason to sell at a loss is to increase overall sales and exposure. I reckon you're right, brilliant chinese copies.some people just know how to get things cheap to sell @ what we see @ a loss, all depends how much they actually paid 4 them. some things are actually brilliant copies from china.
I can vouch for this. Called Doug to order my RO and he was really helpful. Had to call for help afterwards and he was literally just as helpful. Not many places you would find that.Private sellers on eBay and Amazon is why I buy from reputable suppliers of anything over a nobody shall we say, I always do my research, I buy from @doug atkinson of http://daqua.co.uk because firstly he is a reputable supplier but also on a first purchase you can ring him up speak to him directly tell him your requirements and or expected current and future needs from an R/O and he will sell you exactly what you need no more no less.
Encounter an issue weeks, months or years down the line again you can phone him and he will happily chat with you to help you get sorted and nothing seems to much trouble for him at all, he definitely goes above and beyond on customer service.
