1st day back out today.

Thought id better test controllers and pumps for water flow. after freezing temps. Put pump on Noise but no water. Turned off. After a few mins Water all over.
Found the culprits.

Both cracked with ice. Got a spare put on ready now to get out and earn. Sxxt happens

Any way you can insulate them for future?

Had this happen to one of mine, whilst I was away for 3 weeks. Sadly I also had put a full tank of water in ready for work when I got home. Once it thawed out about 100L or so of the water had found its way into the drivers side footwells
Had fun bailing that out all morning when I got back, at least it complemented the TRV that had a bad day just before we got home, which decided to leak water everywhere the night before we got back
