View attachment 13712 View attachment 13712All about planning mate. I watched the bbc London weather, so not the national one as its too vague. This gave me a good indication when the rain was starting and finishing.

While it was raining, I cleaned a small conny roof with a polycarbonate roof.

By the time I'd finished that the rain had stopped, so its back to the windows.

I tell all the customers that the wind wont effect the clean and if they were to have a problem, just call me and I will do them again.

Never been called back in over 20 years.
That is a good way to work. I do that on fascia etc when I can, but where I was it was hammering down, just silly to work in it. I have a folder on laptop with weather sites and check them locally and yes its good to try see when rain stops starts. /emoticons/smile.png

Did my first job in heavy rain yesterday, 1st clean. Had to go and collect after 4 so had a nose around at the quality, no runs, perfect finish. Now gonna be working in heavier rain, even though I get a little damp.
