Abseiling Freelancer/ Subcontractor required

This is a shout/scream for assistance, short and long term with a few jobs we’ve got on but currently unable to fully clean without an abseiling team. I have posted for this sort of proposal beforehand but to no avail. Any assistance would be appreciated if only just a point in the right direction.
