Hi guys,
Don’t use the forum very often but could do with some help, I have a friend who has just taken the site managers job at a new build housing estate of over 1000 houses and am having a meeting with him next week with the intention of me doing the post builders clean on the windows and gutters soffits fascia’s on completion.
I know I’m going to need a scratch waiver and it’s going to be a f*#king ballache, but I’m looking at it as a good opportunity to scale up my business after about 2 years of residential.
I just really need help with pricing to…. Firstly secure the contract, but secondly so I’m happy working my **** off for the money.
Also I’m thinking I’m going to need 2 or 3 guys including myself?!
Any genuine advice would be greatly appreciated.
