Hi guys. I double di in the van, so my system is constantly under pressure. I'm sure I read someone used an alternative to EZ snap fittings on their system as the EZ fittings eventually leak under pressure i.e. The male fitting on the pole hose giving off a constant spray. I think the alternative was a male tap fitting. Any help would be fab, as it's driving me nuts!

That is what i use for everything

Only problem is no water stop if you disconnect hoses

8mm pole hose will push straight in securely without the seperate hose stems too

Thanks guys, I'll ring gardiners tomorrow. I hadn't realised that those fittings were available in such small sizes. The larger John Guest fittings I have are fab.

Have a look on ebay 

You can usually get them off there quite cheap and save on postage

If you don't mind the 2 week wait from China you can get 10 for £2.72 delivered 

They seem to last as long as the genuine jg ones but even if they don't they cost peanuts
