Anyone Got A Digital Varistream And Shurflo?

WCF

Help Support WCF:

I can't remember what our units are calibrated to pressure wise TBH. We can work with a speed setting of 5 but I think the pressure setting starts to kick in if we go above that. I love 5 but I waste too much water so usually have it on setting 4.

We would use boost if and when we use the pump to fill a bucket or 25 liter drum if we are using the backpack but there is no pressure required much as we would just use the hose that would normally couple onto the hose reel.

Well as this van was using a trolley system its got a bilge pump in the tank. Fills a 25L container in about 40 seconds.

Looking forward to working of a hose again, been a few years since i did lol.

Will still use the trolley tho on some jobs.

Well first day out today with it. Didnt get one house done without a problem lol.

Towards the end of the day I managed to almost get it sorted.

I fixed three leaks! One at the pump, one on the van port and one on the hose reel.

I can't run at pressure C. The pump just will not switch off and then just blows fittings off!

So I have it set on B pressure and then flow 4 or 5. Need to fix a small leak though on a tap.

But at the moment. Within a few seconds of closing tap. Pressure kicks in and stops pump. Flashing P. Pump tries to start again then flashing P again. But the pump will eventually start again lol as one tap leaks grrrrr.

More fiddling Tom tho. But I understand how it works now,

I also have a remote to install. So all good.

Thanks for the help guys. May have a few more questions! Lol.

You just need to set the cutoff just above the flow speed that you mostly work at with your pole extended to its max height. I once checked it with a pressure gauge and ours ran fine at about 55psi.

Yeah thanks spruce thats what i did. I do clean at 30ft on domestic but rarely.

More fiddling tom /emoticons/biggrin.png

Gotta wait on my taps from Mr Alex G but yeah on it for tomorrow.

Finished work nearly 2 hours earlier as well. I think it was coz i was excited lol, not coz hose work is faster. Maybe it is /emoticons/wacko.png
