Anyone got this system? Ionic

My van is in for repair, my insurers have arranged this for me, but the guy who dropped it off knows nothing about it and has no documentation to leave with me.
I've attached my water feed and drain, turned the tap on and nothing, it's not filling at all.
The feed and drain are both clear after being frozen last week/weekend, and I'm pretty sure all the lines inside are all clear as well, I've had a heater in there.
Is there something I'm not doing? My own system I just plug the tap in and away it goes, I'm aware some of the kit out there requires a fill button to be switched, there's nothing on this that I can see. Any suggestions?

I have no experience of Ionic/PureO2 system but I would follow the water inlet from your tap through the van port and see where it meets a valve (electronic or manual) then follow the cabling of the valve if electronic.
The controllers are probably spring ones, it could be that one of them is a pump and fill controller. If so press the up and down buttons together for about 2 seconds to start a fill.

Thank you, I'll check to see what I can find, but there doesn't seem to be any obvious switches/buttons/levers etc. it's going to be something dead simple, isn't it!

On a Pure Freedom system one of the pumps will also be a "fill" pump, usually the top one, and it is started by pressing the 2 right hand buttons on the digital display simultaneously
