Hi Poles Apart

Thank you for your order late Tuesday afternoon. When we received your email the following Wednesday morning to request adding to this order the Customer Service Team emailed you back within the hour with the details requested. When they did not hear back from you on Wednesday, they sent another email to you on Thursday. When there was still no response from you, the Manager decided to release the order without the requested addition so that you could get your order in a timely manner.

I have just checked FedEx tracking and it says your order was delivered at 12.03pm today.

You may want to check your junk/spam folder in case our emails ended up in there.

Hi, sorry didn't see an email never think of checking spam as I get that many emails.
