Brodex tank installation

I will be short and to the point (for a change)

I have 2 250 brodex tanks wired together as a 500L unit.

The tanks have 'braces' along the bottom edge with a long bolt to go through the van floor and 'brackets' at the other end of a very long bolt to spread the tension.

The question is do the bolts need to (or are they designed to) go through the chassis or just through the floor??

(hopefully avoiding fuel and brake lines /emoticons/smile.png)

Seems to be no love for Brodex on this site smurf, I know the poles are not the best but surely they can't be all bad can they?

I'm sure if you take the van and tanks to a good van/car workshop they will fit it properly for you.

Yeah, got an engineer to fit fit em up for me tomorrow Smurf.

Must say called Brodex at 9am had all plans and manuals emailed to me by 9:30
