Clean brush

I think it was clear mastic spread on windows. The ends of the brush are sticking together it looked a bit like the glue left after taking a sticker of new double glazing. It just transfers from Window to Window. Iv tried hot soapy water and soaking in rubik and its still the Same. Any suggestions please.

Carefully try some solvent pvc cleaner or cellulose thinners but be aware that it can desolve the bristles a quick dip in it will be fine
