Cleaning cement from fibreboard cladding

Evening all.

I’ve been asked to quote for what is effectively a builders cladding and window clean.

The house is clad in grey fibreboard that the builder has helpfully managed to leave cement clumps all over.

Any suggestions on something that’ll safely get it off? I can run chemical through the poles, I’m just concerned about knackering the cladding in the process

I usually use hot water and a bit of wood to loosen and rinse. Don't want it on the brush or you scrape what ever its on.
