Cleaning *grey frames

Can anyone recommend best way to clean up grey upvc frames/sills on a new build.. water alone won't shift while render stains im guesssing.. Someone said old fashioned windowlene dissolves it? Cheers

Barkeepers friend and some magic sponges from Poundland clears up greying.  That said I can’t imagine it’s the usual greying if it’s on a recent new build, greying is something that happens over time and is often caused by the break down of the seals in my experience.

Thanks but I don't mean greying frames.. I mean grey pvc frames that have been covered in render and concrete ?
