Personally, I have no problem cleaning in light rain, and tell my customers that from the start. My cut off point is this...
I use WFP, so have to look up when cleaning above ground floor. If the rain is causing me difficulties seeing what I am doing i.e. it is raining in my eyes, then it's time to finish this job, then go home. If it's light enough so that its not a problem, then I keep working. It rains too often in my part of the country to not keep working while I can.
