Iv just finished making a feed pipe from my water tank to my pump using 15mm copper pipe, it works fantastic, my only concern is will this effect the water quality over time? As copper corrodes, I know its use on our drink taps ect, but having a quick Google it's says it's not good for pure water, any one had any experience, should I change it to plastic piping?

I think that all the manufacturers/suppliers/fitters mainly use flexible plastic hose pipe as it's easy to instal and route to suit. I've seen a couple using rigid plastic piping, but never seen anyone using copper.

It could be that the water sitting overnight in the copper tube could get 'contaminated' but it should clear very quickly. As @Part Timer says, just keep an eye on it.
