I dont have anyone working for me, I did have someone give me a hand now and again a while ago but he was paid min wage.all im gonna say is im glad i never worked for any of you guys!
just think what the big boys pay people, its all min wage manybe a bit more! its called business, we are all in it to make money and a good profit so why loose money by paying over the odds to a workerall im gonna say is im glad i never worked for any of you guys!

with the work contract i have ready for employees, they woulndt be able to do that! lolI think you should pay good wages if they are any good other wise you will lose them and custy if they take them with them .
