Definitive List Of Spares

Hi Guys I've had a quick look through the forum and from own personal experience have drawn up a list of spares.

I am interested to see if i have missed anything off as i am trying to reduce short days and unexpected failures with no spares on the van. 

Hose Clipper
O clip Pliers
Uni Valve which 
7-9 mm o rings
8 mm o rings
9-11 mm o rings
10-12 mm o rings
Univalve set up as quick connect
Fuses for hose reel, controller and van 10 amp and 30 amp 7.5 amp
Electrical chocolate box strip
8mm push fit
8mm john guess push fit to barb 1/4
Long Resi neck connector

Resi neck handle and clamp
Complete Clamp Assembly  
Push fit jets capsules
t piece for jet hose
jet hose pre cut
6mm to 6mm barb connector - brass
No 5 and No 7 end cap
Manual handle for electric hose reel 
Pole hose
Resi neck handle and clamp
8mm John Guest clips in red (collar)
1/2 John Guest tap for trolley fill up

1/2 John Guest push fit
PTFE tap

Side cutters and other hand tools to remove old o clips ?..

Usually when an O clip fails its broken and we use the O clip tool to remove the old O clip anyway.

They all have matching tool kits on the vans as well

I always carry spare micro switches for the pump pressure switch.



Also not really sure if this counts but I always have a spare battery in case mine dies unexpectedly.

 Delete all of above and use gaffer tape and cables ties. The British army don't make mistakes
