disconnecting tank advice?

Hi guys hope you all doing well things going well my end and still building nicely..

I need to take out my water tank for family hol but also getting a 500 litre in. Which is best end to disconnect the tank end or the pump or does it not matter? Any tips advice or anything to watch for ??

When putting new one in anything should do really?

Matters not at all.

Make sure tank is drained fully first though.

so nothing special need to do or be carful with? thinking I will disconnect from shurflo pump end so I assume you just unscrew the back cap part? and that's it, simples ?
