Hi all, I'm cleaning a customers interior windows and on the inside is these droplets that won't come off with normal traditional window cleaning or glass cleaner or just vinegar, any advice on what to use to get rid of it and what it may be?

Thanks

Looks like limescale. Spray some viakal on it work it in with your mop or sponge leave it for a few mins then it should hopefully squeegee off.
@eddyl3000 yes looks like limescale. I often seen it where people use their garden hose or water hanging baskets. You can get some good limescale remover stuff called 'A1' from window clean centre, but it's quite expensive and viakal is very good just like @Crystalalan says.
