    Hello people.

I have been asked to price up a doctors surgery tomorrow and was wondering how you guys go about pricing for commercial jobs? do you use the same rates as residential or do you go about it a different way?

98% of my work is commercial - some is very well priced ,
one or two could be better , some are poor - domestics
pay you on the dot (usually).

Some commercial you may have to wait for payment.

Maybe you guys could help me .....

whats the going rate for houses/ bungalows and flats
    these days??

when I started i charged 35 -45p (YES PENCE) per house
did about 6 an hour -good money back then £2.70 per hour
at 50p window now - it would probably be About £6 per house.

    Hope that helps

    Rob
