I'm 6'2" and do my townhouses with a 20ft pole quite easily. 

It all depends on the individual houses.

Some skylights I can do with 25ft some I need 30ft.

For example I do all 3 on the right with a 20ft pole and a stretch as can't be bothered to get extension out.

I am 5ft and can easily do those with my 22ft pole the odd one with windows on side I sometimes need an extension on to reach the top window on the side.

How do you go about the juliet's? Best you can or bin them off ?

Gardiners swivel does the trick.
