Flat surface cleaner problem

Hi , my FSC is spurting water out of three holes on top of the cleaner. Think it might be a o ring but can’t see where the O Ring has gone. Any help please

It looks like an M22 bayonet so there's obviously an O ring missing as that style of fitting won't dry seal with mechanical friction

Identify the FSC manufacturer and look through the associated spares to find what's missing by process of illumination
