Bought the gardiner spray bar a while back but never got on with it, recently decided to give it a try on my 0 splay leaded brush and it was awesome. Any advice about other brushes the bar works well on. My go too brush is the supreme but the spray bar just hits the bristles so it's pointless.

Most brushes have the same issue, I had to cut down a tucker dual trim to the same length as an ultimate Gardiner and that works perfectly.

I also trimmed one of them X-line all DuPont to the same length as an ultimate, that also works very well. The only other thing you can do is to set the bar really high, I didn't like doing that though.

I took the top row of bristles out from the X-line to give way for the rinse, the bristles hardly splay and because they have plenty of gaps they let the flow through, I cut this one to a dual trim so it splays a little. I left the bottom row of bristles on so it acts a bit like a sill brush.

The tucker I cut to a single trim so it doesn't splay at all, it's a very aggressive brush but a bit heavy at 260g.

The Dupont bristles for me are much more effective than nylon.
