It's interesting how cleaners see some items as a positive where others see the same item negatively.Agreed to all of the above (positive views that is lol) tried a swivel within 18 mintsbof starting and it lasted 1 job til I got fed up. Fast forward another 18 months and gave it another go with my increased pole control and loved it
5 years after that I agree swivels and univalve are best inventions for time saved and ease if cleaning. I use the quickloq adapter as I like to be able to swap brushes if needed but have the ones you've posted pics of just never used them so can't comment.
Fantastic down sides of Connys, doors above Connys all sorts it just helps the flow of cleaning. Agree with @ched999uk even on FSG they work, or can easily nip the screw for slightly stiffer operation.
When I drive past cleaners with fixed heads it just looks clumsy and awkward.
I tried to use a swivel, but much prefer a fixed brush head. I do have a 3 monthly job where I use a swivel and a wide 35cm brush and long-armed angle adaptor. That's the only time that brush head gets used.
I recently purchased an Extreme stiff bristle sill brush. I immediately noticed the extra weight difference between that and my go-to Ultimate brush. I also found getting into the frame corners more difficult. I gave the brush a good go over a few days, but It is now hanging up in the van. I do have a job I will try it on in the Spring, so it may just be used for that job during the summer.
