I believe it was Alec (thanks) who posted a couple of photos of a gas box he cleaned using a softwash mix so I had a go at one of my customers.
Usually I wouldn't bother with trying to get one cleaned up or I would only wipe it over after spraying it with a basic cleaner but when they get really green it can look unsightly especially if it's next to or near the front door.
I soaked the grass all around it firstly with water and sprayed it with approx 2% hypo mix with Cleverwash. Left it for 5 mins, agitated it with wfp brush and left for another 15 mins.
Rinsed off and wiped with a microfibre cloth.
I will clean them now when I do complete white cleans, gutters and fascia as an extra and it just finishes the look off when everything else is cleaned.
