As long as you have a drill / power tool that can cut out an egg shape, with a few millimeter tolerance through thin steel, then yes. If you can't then for circa £30 some Fab shop will do it.

Thanks part timer I think this is the road I will go down as 3k for a vac for me is just too much at present.
