Good morning

One of my customers asked me to quote to clean the stone window ledges, porch ledge, porch brickwork and front wall with pillars.
Thus would be the first time softwashing something like this, I've done a lot of render with hypo, but not stone and brick work like this.

Could someone help with

1 best form of application on the ledges etc as I don't want to saturate to much of the surrounding brick work.
2 would hypo be enough for this wall, pressure washing not an option as the customer doesn't want it due to loses mortar.
3 rough estimate of the price in people's opinion, I know it differs area to area and person to person.
