Guys need a bit of help !!

My connections from tank to reel and from reel to hose keep leaking ,what connections do you have that are watertight (photos and where you purchase would be great !)

Also I would like to get a new hot water hose for my reel (6mm dia) any suggestions??!?!

Thanks in advance :)

I've heard a few folk recommend john guest fittings, are they really that good? I still have a leak at the brass hozelock type fitting that connects to my hosereel. Pain in the feckin butt! Was thinking of buying john guest ones but wasn't sure if they would be any better to be honest?!

A million times better, honestly, they work completely differently to hozelock, they are super reliable and water tight, you'll be really pleased using them, I know I was!

EZ-Snap from Gardiners for reel to pole hose or Rectus21. Where is it leaking from the tank end, before pump or after?
Tuffers

I have a swivel fitting fitted to the hose reel which water drips from but I also have n angle fitting at the middle of the hose reel which fecking drips like mad soaking the van all day .

I have Brodex fittings at pole end of the hose which are tightened with a jubilee clip but it also runs out of the end too :-( :-(

I've got a couple of plumber friends & they use John Guest fittings in central heating installations... I reckon they're more than up to the job! /emoticons/wink.png

Anyone got a pick of there set up in the van with john guest fittings? What about if you want to drain the water out from the hoses ain't they a pain to take apart ?

No there so simple to take apart, YouTube John guest fittings to see how they work, they couldn't be easier to undo!
