How much to clean my windows ?

WCF

Help Support WCF:

Personally I like to meet custy (to vet them ?) but top tip for akward/rush jobs - get the address/postcode and streetview the house, it gives a good indication of house type/size/window types - leaded(eek)/condition/access etc...and then go satellite view to see the plan for layout/round the back etc and if they have a conservatory/or even veluxes (it tells you how recent the image so you know if current). Usually can give them an indicative price in minutes without travelling (I go with range £30-£50 will confirm once I've seen it...) It sorts the wheat from the chaff with minimal time/travel etc
Even better is after you've looked at the front on street view and identified it with the number on the house/bin etc, you can then check out the back in 3d from any angle on Google earth. No surprises then. (My house btw)

I only accept quotes now through my website. Someone messages or emails, I send them the link and say fill out the form. Someone phones..... link. Someone walks up in the street, they get a business card with the link on. I usually find it sorts out a few messers as they’ll only fill it out if they’re really interested. Also the beauty of it is my quote form page sets out what my service involves, for example they are made aware I only accept GoCardless DD before they even fill out the form.

My form is quite simple really, get their name address etc first of all. Then ask them how many bedrooms they have, how many reception rooms, any bi folds and extras like conservatories. I have a price formula based on this, will do a quick street view to check i’m happy with the price then email the quote off with a link to my websites GC sign up page.
This way I don’t waste my time travelling out to messers, if they don’t sign up I’ve only wasted 10 mins doing the quote. Works for me.

Same. Sign up to gocardless first. Like any service, we have to sign up first then service is provided

Why should we be different?

Ps rightmove is good to check houses out. Often more recent images than street view as we move forward in time especially more so

We had one last week wanting to know how much it is for a gutter clearing and a regular window clean.

Asked for the address and they questioned why we needed it!?
