Pain in the ars them things.

Everywhere! Down here they all have glass instead of iron railings so they are impossible to clean. What I do is cry a little and then ignore it and move on the next house never to return hahaha

i turn the pole at a angle and slide brush throu the bars its very time consuming but it wrks if there is a pain of glass in sted of metel bars then i just clean the outer glass insted or if its safe ie not to high and no decking ill put ladder up and pole from there ill do french doors an boath sides of the outer glass buy ladder using wfp or if its not doable ill say to custmer when i pop in and colect cash ill do it from inside, one job i do now has a sliding door an the outer glass is 3 inch from the inner glass so i have to leve it an just do outer glass ,some times u just cant do it an thats it threy expect it if u explane about the poor design

This is a bit embarrassing, just been playing around with the gooseneck, pole and brush to see if there is anything I could do. I then noticed the Gardiner Quick Loq Socket, which is anything but quick, has an additional hole on the side. By using this I can position the brush horizontally not vertically. Job done, I've only had the poles for 9 months, that's my excuse.
